Our Philosophy

At The Ohmficiant, we believe that meditation is a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that by cultivating mindfulness and compassion, we can create a more peaceful and harmonious world. Our ultimate goal is to create a world where mental health is prioritized and individuals have the tools to lead healthier, happier lives. We envision a society where stress is managed, emotions are understood, and well-being is nurtured.

Who I Am

Good Day, I am Esh M. As a Wellness Consultant with a diverse career background, I am dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey toward inner peace and self-awareness. 


My passion for Meditation and Mindfulness, combined with my expertise in communication, research, and mental health recovery, allows me to create tailored workshops that empower individuals to manage stress, cultivate mindfulness, and embrace a balanced lifestyle.  I am Certified through The School of Positive Transformation as a Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, a certified Mental Health First Aider, QPR Gatekeeper,  and I am also a NAMI member and Program Leader for "In Our Own Voice" and "Ending the Silence" presentations.


With a commitment to continuous learning and a genuine desire to make a positive impact, I strive to foster a harmonious and compassionate world, one mindful moment at a time.

Be Like The Buddha

This is the best pose for getting centered through meditation. Sitting upright opens up the chest and allows for breath to flow freely through your lungs.
