Meditation & Mindfulness Services (contact for pricing)

Guided Meditation 1:1

A pre-scheduled, virtual 1-on-1 guided meditation session for 45 minutes. You will also receive affirmations to use during your daily practice.

Group

This service is for groups of 6 or more people and includes a 45-minute guided meditation session with tips on a mindfulness practice. This session typically lasts up to 1.25 hours.
